Our new applicator works a bit differently than what you might be used to. The key step is pulling the smaller, inner tube firmly until you hear and feel a click. This click means the applicator is fully extended and ready to insert. Then press the inner tube all the way through while holding the textured finger grip to release the tampon smoothly.
